Welcome! I am here to provide a judgment-free zone and help you work through anxiety, depression, impulsivity, past trauma, relationship/family conflicts, anger management, or other stressors you might be facing. I can also offer support through challenging life transitions and big decisions that might be weighing on you. My biggest goal is for you to feel in control of your emotions/behaviors and build overall confidence and self esteem.
My approach involves guiding people to better understand themselves by healing from the past and utilizing new skills in the present, so that we can feel more prepared for the future. Some specific modalities I use are CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
I want to make therapy accessible for you. Let me know how I can help!
