I would love to support you in your effort to face life's challenges and thrive in the midst of them. Clients tell me they appreciate my ability to support their self-acceptance and efforts to change in tandem. I have experience working with people to manage stress, anxiety, depression and OCD symptoms, figure out how to heal and create boundaries, how to live in light of their values, and improve their sense of peace. I am a clinician who has experienced many of these challenges myself, so it's a joy for me to walk alongside you through this work.
I can help you identify your values and barriers to thriving, improve your skills, and deepen your connections with others. I enjoy seeing both couples and individuals because I get to understand our needs as humans better through these different approaches. I am dedicated to being trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and purposefully decolonizing.
My perspective is shaped by training and experience with ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, EFT and Polyvagal Theory. Prior experience includes residential treatment and PHP/IOP group therapy. Outside of therapy I am a parent of 3, have been an artist and business owner, and value creating community in my neighborhood.
