As a queer therapist who is fluent in Spanish, I am committed to upholding a culturally responsive practice, and helping you notice how family of origin, culture, and societal norms influence you. Therapeutic Support Group for Caregivers
This is a rotating, closed therapy group. This intrapersonal process group’s main goals will be to provide emotional support, promote personal growth and healing, and help caregivers develop/share coping strategies for navigating their lives while caring for loved ones. Sessions will include meditation & mindfulness practices, art, nature and more! **Insurance is accepted or cash pay $25/session - if you would like to use insurance, please verify coverage before registering.
