Through a combination of somatic techniques, expressive arts, CBT, and DBT, Jamie helps clients regulate their emotions, enhance communication skills and exist authentically. Her goal is to empower clients to build self-esteem, foster self-compassion, and cultivate a stronger relationship with themselves.

She can also provide seamless referrals for medication management, psychological evaluations and therapy for loved ones or other household members including EMDR services as needed and appropriate.
