As a marriage and family therapist, I enjoy working with the family system. My approach is to join with the family or couple and help you find new ways to connect and communicate. I will help you discover your relationship strengths and use those to navigate and overcome challenges. I also help individuals work through past trauma using EMDR therapy.
My goal is to help you improve the quality of your life and the relationships that are most important to you through small but significant changes.
