I specialize in trauma processing using BrainSpotting and Trauma Resiliency Model. Trauma can linger in both the mind and body. This whole-body integrative approach can effectively release trauma and promote a healthier calmer nervous system. My focus is to address toxic environments and explore ways to keep a sense of safety in the mind and body.
