Hi! I just want to start off by saying I am proud of you for taking the most intimidating step, reaching out! I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but I will guide you every step of the way! I use a variety of approaches that are specifically tailored to each adolescent, individual, and couple because every situation is unique. I believe you are the expert of your life because only you live in your body and know your every thought, but I bring in a new perspective, different therapeutic techniques, and encouragement as we work towards your goals!
A little about my background, I have two undergraduate degrees in social work and psychology from Texas Tech University. I also received my Master of Social Work degree from Texas Tech University as well. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) which is the highest level of licensing in the social work profession.
I want all my clients to feel safe, valued, and to know that I feel truly honored to be the one who hears their stories. My clients lead our sessions and some days we may be discussing their hard days, and others days, we may be celebrating their victories. I am here to support and provide guidance for every stage of life my clients may be in.
