I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences including people moving through trauma, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. My practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression by providing a safe space to explore healthy ways to manage these symptoms and utilize the strengths and resources available to promote a better quality of life.
I feel that the most crucial part of therapy is the relationship we can form and having an open space to collaborate and communicate about your goals and your care. This is your journey that I am honored to take part in, and I believe that each individual is unique and has their approach to telling their story.
