I am a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma. I have been in this field for over 12 years. I enjoy helping people and am honored to walk with others through their path of self-discovery. I integrate several therapy techniques. These therapeutic approaches include person-centered therapy, solution-focused, trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR, to name a few.
I provide education, consultation, empowerment, empathy, and emotional support for others. I love my job and meeting new people. I am genuine and truly care about my clients. My priorities include providing a safe space that is supportive and non-judgmental.
