My name is Jamie Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I specialize in working with adults and older adults with health related concerns and those struggling with life-altering changes. I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches with emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy. In our first few sessions, you can expect a number of questions to identify the onset of the issues and background which will help to identify a treatment approach. I generally meet the client where they are at in their journey and offer the support as they make efforts to move forward.
I have been afforded a number of opportunities to work with various populations creating a well-rounded and experienced clinician. I provide treatment for acute and chronic medical conditions, aging related/end-of-life issues, bariatrics, substance abuse, and significant life changes (i.e. new diagnoses, incarceration, rehabilitation, relationship changes).
I look forward to working with individuals considering change, seeking support, and those motivated to make lasting change.
