In individual therapy, my approach is to collaborate with clients who may feel stuck, are seeking peace, or are searching for hope in their current situations. My goal is to empower you to take control of your life, achieve your personal goals, and build deeper, more meaningful connections with others. I offer evidence-based treatment for a range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic mental health conditions, and general personal growth. Throughout our work together, I provide a blend of compassion, humor, and gentle challenge to support you in your journey toward real change.
I graduated with my Doctor of Psychology degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2008. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Indiana, and have worked in private practice, college counseling centers, for the Veteran's Administration and for the United States Army. I strive to tailor treatment to best meet your needs and goals.
