My goal is to offer a calm, thoughtful space where you don’t have to rush healing. Together, we slow down to understand your story with curiosity and compassion. As we begin to notice the beliefs that developed along the way, a new understanding - and hope - can begin to emerge.
Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together for others, often at the expense of themselves.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Each person’s story is unique, and therapy should reflect that. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor the work to what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
