I work with teens, young adults, and adults of all ages to promote a healthy and adaptive lifestyle based on your unique goals. Together, we will focus on addressing life’s stressors through a sustainable approach. Many of my clients use therapy to help them navigate trauma, relational issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges.
My approach is warm and collaborative, and I make sure your values guide the work we do together. I provide a safe and supportive space where we can explore your experiences and challenges at your pace. I believe that everyone has a unique story to tell, and finding meaning in that story is an important step toward living a more fulfilling life.
