I provide individual psychotherapy for adults to address a range of issues. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and an IATP Certified Clinical Trauma Professional that specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, life transitions and reproductive health.
My work with individuals is strengthened by my training in trauma informed methods, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
