I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who have a desire to maximize their strengths and live more effectively. I believe strongly there is hope in the most overwhelming of circumstances and strive to help my clients discover how they can be active participants in the world in which they find themselves.
I am a solution-focused therapist who utilizes positive psychology in working with clients as they work to identify and develop based on their strengths. I work with a variety of resources to individualize the treatment process with my clients and understand the value each individual brings to the experience.
Through mindfulness techniques as well as strength-based practices, I provide a safe space for clients to process through concerns identifying anxiety, depression and other issues. Communication among families and couples is also an area of success in my practice.
