I have experience providing direct therapeutic services to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I support individuals during life's difficult times through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
