I have completed Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training and use this approach with my clients. In my work with couples, I rebuild the emotional connection and creates a space to have open and honest communications with your partner. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy both evidence based treatments for trauma.
I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues: rebuilding connection, relationship injury repair, communication, conflict, anxiety, parenting skills, and trauma. I am also a LBGTQIA+ affirming therapist.
