My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for the client to work on their goals. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to be heard and feel listened to.
I work with clients of all ages and walks of life, with a particular interest in assisting children, adolescents, and their families. I use many different treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solutions Focused Therapy and Trauma Informed Care to provide customized treatment for each individual.
I received my Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I also have an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
