Through compassion, collaboration and guidance, I assist my clients in understanding and changing their thoughts and beliefs which are working against them, in order to face challenges more effectively.
I have training and experience in working with clients with a wide variety of issues, including, but not limited to, bipolar, anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodivergence, grief and aging. She uses several therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems with an emphasis on holistic healing.
