In my practice, I provide a safe space where people can be REAL without feeling the need to censor themselves. Above all, I strive to make people feel understood. I will help you to develop skills to combat anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts. I tailor my approach to each person and employ techniques such as cognitive-behavioral, dialectal behavioral, EMDR, and mindfulness.
My background has allowed me to work with a wide variety of clients experiencing symptoms such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, schizophrenia, and suicidal thoughts. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over ten years, and can help you to work through what you have been struggling with.
