Congratulations on taking the first step to being the best you YOU can be! Change is never easy, but neither is staying stuck. I often remind my clients…"choose your hard". For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people from many different backgrounds as they work through their personal challenges to create change. Beyond my clinical practice, I teach at Rutgers School of Social Work and supervise future clinical social workers, which keeps me grounded and inspired. Most importantly, I would be honored to support you in finding meaningful change in your life, relationships, career and within yourself.
Together, we’ll discover the path that feels right for you. My therapeutic style is eclectic, meaning I pull from different approaches to best fit your needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, Strengths-Based Theory, and Solution-Focused Psychotherapy.
