I have been clinically trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, DBT and Motivational Interviewing. I have also completed Phase I of Brainspotting. I am well versed in assisting individuals with intrusive symptoms, whether it be presenting as intense levels of anxiety, mood instability, obsessive-compulsive dysregulation or perceptual disturbances.
