I am Certified Constructed Awareness Clinician and I have been clinically trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing. I work experientially assisting individuals in re-establishing a healthy connection with their central nervous system and further exploring the relationship between their brain, body, and outer world.

I tend to create a unique space with clients whom have tried countless therapeutic approaches in the past, but are still finding themselves stuck, wanting more from life and noticing a desire to deepen their understanding of what It means to be alive with intention.
