I have a wide range of experience, working in residential treatment centers, schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, prisons, and have significant experience working with veterans in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. clients across the lifespan, as a great deal of my graduate training was with children, adolescents, and families.
In therapy sessions, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, which I believe is a prerequisite for healing. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, as you are the expert of yourself (whether you believe that yet or not)!
