Welcome to my page! I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.

Utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques, I aim to empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and create resilience. My goal is to help individuals navigate their challenges and work towards a more fulfilling life.
