I have a special passion for reproductive and perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment and I have extensive training in perinatal mental health. I work with women who are in all phases of creating their family from planning and/or trying to conceive to pregnancy and early parenthood. I am also honored to support you when things do not go as planned such as in the cases of fertility challenges or loss.
I also love working with teens and women in all stages of life, from high school to retirement.
I am client centered and directed and work with problems as my clients define them and as they affect their lives. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process difficult life situations and guide you towards your own answers and potential change, if that is what is needed.
I believe that everyone at some point in their lives can benefit from therapy, but even more so during significant life transitions. I believe that people are inherently good and are doing their best with the circumstances they are given, but sometimes it can be helpful to have some extra support and guidance.
