Together we can build insight and discover the origins of your concerns - I enjoy facilitating the "deep dive" with an inquisitive, exploratory perspective led by mutual curiosity. Whether you're going through a messy break up, burdened by perfectionism, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting to understand yourself better - I'll help guide the process of self-inquiry and reconnection.

I tend to work with adults aged 25-50, but all curious minds are welcome! I especially enjoy working with young adults, college dudes, and the LGBTQ+ community. I emphasize strengths, promote resilience, and uphold an unwavering respect for the worth of each person. My style incorporates humility, humor, sincerity, creativity, candor, and curse words.

I firmly believe in finding a therapist who "gets" you - our ability to relate to one another is essential to our work. My vibe is casual, warm, and conversational.
