Everyday adversities can add up over our lifetime. Unfortunately, we live in a society that too often has a "forget about it and move on" attitude. I want to help you slow down and really look at how your life journey has impacted your overall mental health. My goal is to create a safe place for you or your child to begin understanding how these stressors are impacting your life. I want to normalize the importance of self awareness, communication and self love.
I use a holistic, client centered approach paired with my understanding of grief and loss, trauma informed, creative art and mindfulness based therapies to tailor a therapeutic experience that is unique to your needs. I want our therapeutic space to be one we create together, fellow travelers walking together on a path to healing and deeper understanding.
Life is unpredictable and we cannot always be prepared to handle the stressors presented. Those stressors can add up and become to much to handle or even process.
