About
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of helping clients, I strive to help each person come to a better place of understanding, fulfillment and peace. The quest to understand and conquer trauma, anxiety, mood difficulties, stress and grief in a safe and caring environment is possible. Each plan is tailored to the client and their specific needs and wants to help find relief from symptoms and feel more confident. Connecting through Telehealth and/or Video Therapy to begin the healing process.
Through rigorous training, certifications and professional experiences, I have developed specialties in the area of trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience in helping individuals, the military and their significant others, make positive changes in their lives by using the therapeutic technique best suited for each client.
