If you are experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, gender/identity issues, or other concerns, I would be happy to help! At times my caseload can get full, but you can be added to my waiting list or choose to work with one of the other great counselors in the practice!
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I am trained in several evidence based treatments such as Interpersonal Processing Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
