I work with men to find their purpose and perform and their optimal level. Through my model, the Spire of Performance, I help to people to define the areas of their life they want to see maximum potential and then we develop a plan in 6 different domains. I believe that physical health is closely tied to mental health and incorporate wellness interventions into every treatment plan. I offer yearly mental health check-ups and free phone or video consultation.
