Over the years I’ve developed a specialty working with women who are pregnant or have recently given birth, are struggling with depression, anxiety or self-esteem, or who have a history of experiencing childhood trauma. Oftentimes, my clients identify with all of these.
I value the therapeutic relationship as a means to foster growth and I meet clients where they’re at to develop a genuine relationship in order to have the best foundation to heal. As a therapist who is constantly evolving and striving to be the best version of myself, you can expect a real connection and an understanding of how difficult this is.
