My therapeutic approach focuses mostly on Family Systems Theory, but my therapeutic interventions combine a variety of techniques associated with multiple theories. In our sessions, all aspects of your life – family of origin, relationship history, work, health, creative outlets, sex and spiritual beliefs (if desired) may need to be discussed and considered.
Together we will put a considerable amount of time and energy into our sessions. I want your experience to be positive and something you look forward to. It is important you play an active role in sessions (and home) with the things that we discuss.
