My practice specializes in anxiety disorders, health/wellness concerns, pregnancy and infertility, and ADHD/neurodivergency. I am extremely proud of the clients that we serve and the courage and heart that they put into their mental health. My clients range from college-students seeking additional support while managing difficult changes, to older adults struggling with accepting the way their bodies and relationships change. Clients that report finding my services the most helpful are usually looking to better understand themselves, process their emotions, and change the way they respond to problems.
I specialize in helping clients target specific goals catered to their problems and explore the most effective methods for them to achieve those goals. I help clients increase their language skills, develop strong and powerful communication tools, and minimize the fear of rejection and failure within their relationships. Clients learn how to be themselves.
The biggest pressure in therapy is "striking when the iron is hot" - i.e. scheduling an appointment the moment you're ready. But I prefer when clients can focus more on their needs and goals, so I encourage all clients to take their time, get picky, and reach out once they're comfortable. Clients are typically scheduled within a week of reaching out.
