Groups
Virtual GTEP Group (Group EMDR)
This group is led by a Certified EMDR therapist and co-facilitator. GTEP has been referred as "a faster and more gentle approach for processing trauma." In this group you will learn stabilization and grounding skills, be encouraged to share various positive experiences, and individually process trauma (with BLS) through guided instruction from the facilitator and co-facilitator. *At no point are G-TEP EMDR group members required, asked, or encouraged to discuss any details of their traumatic episode with others in the group.
