I enjoy supporting people through all life transitions, within illness, conflict & relational repair, parenting of all ages, work, aging, and sexual intimacy. Whether you are looking for clarity, stability, or simply comfort, I am committed to my role as your heart-centered healer and confidant. I hope to help you love and trust in yourself, with curiosity and compassion. If you are ADHD, Autistic, and/or experience cPTSD, I can help you to voice your boundaries, desires, and accommodations. Many of my clients consist of fellow therapists and other medical professions, as well as those in the LGBTQ, ENM, and indigenous communities.

I am a Family & Couple, holistic therapist that integrates the body (Somatic), emotions, and mind. We will work to disrupt unwanted patterns and habits, in order to improve your relationships, reduce harm, to bring more peace and fulfillment into your life. You are the experts of your experience, while I help guide your exploration.
