Hi, I’m Jamie. I’m a therapist who believes that life—and healing—are all about connection. When people feel truly seen and heard, real change can happen. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in helping clients heal trauma, navigate transitions, and restore connection in their relationships. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to process what you’ve been carrying and build healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating — to yourself and others.

I work with individuals and couples using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I’m trauma-informed and attachment-focused, and I move at your pace. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on helping you feel more connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most.
