Hello there! I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with symptoms of depression, looking to process past trauma, or just feel disconnected from their path. Together we can explore new ways of coping and understanding so that we can further your advancement towards a more authentic and fulfilling life with more confidence and less stress. I maintain a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere so we can create positive change at your own pace.

I use an interactive approach that involves looking at the past to discover the roots of patterns, highlighting a persons’ strengths, and emphasizing self-acceptance and compassion. I believe that we are all inherently good. Together, I’ll help you connect back with this part of yourself.
