Groups
Yoga for Anxiety Group Series
The next Yoga for Anxiety Group Series starts fall of 2016. Over the six sessions, participants will benefit from asana, breathing, mantra, meditation, and yoga philosophy geared to harness and lower anxious energy from high stress, ongoing anxiety, life changes, and panic. The practices are accessible to a wide variety of practitioners, so you do not need an established yoga practice to join. The series is run by an LCSW and yoga teacher and is not group therapy.
