My counseling style integrates elements of CBT (how automatic thoughts and beliefs affect our behaviors and limit our choices), Motivational Interviewing (how our motivations and core values affect our readiness for change), positive psychology (enhancing strengths and building resilience), and mindfulness training (focusing on the present with acceptance).
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice within a suite of therapists with various specialties. In addition to counseling adults and couples, I enjoy coaching executives and management professionals to help them develop their full potential as leaders, enhance communication and presentation skills, and optimize team performance.
