I draw from various modalities to support healing, process trauma, and create meaningful change. I offer a supportive space to explore patterns, strengthen communication, and move toward deeper understanding and connection to self and others. I use my training in EMDR and ART and Internal Family Systems-informed parts work to help clients process trauma.
