Hello, my name is Jamie! I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, often those struggling with self-esteem, trauma, mood, or trouble navigating the various challenges life can throw our way. I provide gender affirming care, including letters of support. I also offer supervision to provisionally licensed counselors as they work to build confidence in their identity, role, and integrating theory into practice. I work from a person-centered framework, valuing our relationship as a prerequisite to growth and change, incorporating a variety of evidenced based practices, including CBT/DBT/IFS, tailored to fit your needs and goals. I have experience as a clinician and supervisor, particularly with adolescents, young women, and those from marginalized backgrounds.
