I have 14 years of experience helping adults and adolescents overcome trauma and eating disorders. I also love to support people through life transitions, perinatal and parenting challenges, depression and anxiety. My clients tell me my approach is warm, active and empowering with an emphasis on building a safe, non-judgmental relationship.
