I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals and for Trauma and Addiction, as well as trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for most generalized needs. I offer a somatic, solution-focused and strengths-based approach to build on the foundation you have already set for your own goals and growth!
