The feeling of hopelessness is a problem that many face today and it is often difficult to process. Life will present unforeseeable challenges that will undoubtedly influence how people regard themselves and other people. It can be tough to manage feelings of loneliness, low self-worth, anxiety, hopelessness, thoughts of suicide, and or uncertainty about the future, but you don't have to manage it alone. My career in the mental health profession spans more than 20 years. I have worked with individuals struggling with chronic mental illness, anxiety disorders, trauma, homelessness, and crime victims.
While I have spent most of my career working with adults, I have spent several years working with families and children from diverse backgrounds. My passion is to help others look within themselves to identify the underlying source of their feelings, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to help you understand the inward challenges you might face.
Together, we will develop new life skills to help you strive to live a more abundant and balanced life. It is my goal to offer a safe, and nonjudgemental space. While Unlimited Grace Counseling is Christian based, it is not my practice to impose my beliefs on others. Spiritual integration will be offered and provided to those who express an interest.
