I approach healing with the intention to integrate both mind and body, helping your nervous system learn how to feel regulated.

I am especially passionate about working with complex trauma, self-worth, and attachment/relationship healing. I draw from EMDR, IFS, and CBT, always adapting the work to fit the person in front of me rather than forcing a rigid, one-size-fits-all framework.
