My name is Jamie. I'm a therapist and a Cognitive-Behavioral Specialist. I aim to help people find a bridge from pain and suffering to growth and insight honoring their own value systems and life story. I have 15 years of experience in private practice and I draw on various therapeutic modalities based on the individual needs of each client I work with.
