Walk and talks in nature, eco-psychotherapy, is a great alternative to face to face sessions which can sometimes seem intimidating. Office visits and teleheath visits are offered as well. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate who would like to support you as you open yourself to new experiences, learn to trust yourself, and develop a love and willingness to grow and change.
