About

To create lasting change at the level of thought requires an acknowledgment and understanding of how the nervous system states influence our brain states and drive our responses to life and to ourselves. I work to help my clients find emotional and spiritual wellness through learning how to manage and navigate the emotional challenges in life. I do this through understanding and working with the nervous system and the body as well as building awareness and challenging thoughts and deeper core beliefs.
I specialize in working with adults , with a focus on depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, relationship conflict and emotion regulation. I use mindfulness, meditation, cognitive-behavioral, & brain/body-based approaches. Therapy is a time to learn new skills through stillness, curiosity, self-awareness, acceptance, accountability & self love.
