I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma and relationship dynamics, including narcissistic and emotional abuse recovery. I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, offering a direct, insight-driven approach that goes beyond surface-level coping. My work is focused on helping clients gain clarity, break deeply ingrained patterns, and develop healthier, more secure ways of relating, to themselves and others.
I tend to get a clear sense of what’s going on fairly quickly. In our first session, we’ll focus on identifying the core issues and patterns, not just the surface-level concerns. I ask direct, targeted questions and provide honest feedback, so you can expect clarity and meaningful insight from the start.
My goal is that every client leaves with more than just empathy—you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your situation and a clearer sense of what needs to change. I don’t take a passive approach to therapy. I’m highly attuned to patterns and can often identify what’s going on quickly, even when clients feel confused or stuck.
